So this post is a little overdue, but we were having issues loading pictures onto our computer, and it seems we finally were able to get at least most of them to load! We went on our annual trip to Wolfe Lake! Even though this was technically Abby's second time there, she was only 4 months old last year, so not only is there no way she remembered it, but she was hardly able to truly enjoy it last year. This year was a whole different story!!
She was very happy to be there! We stayed in a cabin with Grandma and Uncle Dan (and of course Chris, and the puppies and myself). She was big enough to open the door all by herself, and did so very regularly, so we had to constantly keep an eye on her. Look how proud she is of herself!

And Abby loved every minute of it!
She ran around like crazy and played with the big kids that were there and went swimming every day! Wore a girl out! She consistently napped on her own for at least an hour every day, which allowed me to have some nice alone time sunning on the dock hehe.

Just hanging out on the couch eating blueberries, which she ate probably 5 pints of throughout the course of the week.
Such a happy girl!! She started to smile on command, this girl loves the camera! Such a ham!
We Took her out on the boat and the life vest we had was still sized from how small she was last year. My how she has grown.
At first she wasn't so sure what to make of it, but she warmed right up! She went and sat with Grandma for a bit, too.
So much fun!
She spent a lot of time naked looking out the window and jumping on the bed haha. She LOVES to jump.

We had a few dinners at Great Grandma and Grandpas cabin. Well "cabin' since it's way nicer than our house is. We celebrated the fourth of July, and Abby had fun climbing up and down the hill to throw rocks into the lake. She also had a grand old time running back and forth chasing my little cousins who are 5 and 3 and TJ and Joey. They were all so cute together!
She tried driving my Uncle Jon's speed boat haha
And hung out on the dock with the other kiddos.
They all had such a great time and were so sweet with Abby. It truly was a wonderful week.
Abby also went swimming with Grandma.

She was very interested in what Uncle Dan was doing when he did his workout.
She is just turning into such a big girl! She just ran around and played and swam non stop! She was a great eater and napper while we were there, too. She also continued to grow her vocabulary and is trying so hard to talk!
Oh how we love our baby girl soooooo much!
We can't wait to go back again next year!!
